Just put these tags [img] [/img] around the URL of the picture. The picture has to be hosted somewhere. If it's just on your hard drive, then you need to upload it to photobucket, imageshack, or something.

The Spurs were on the cover 3 weeks ago, and the Cavs were on the week before this one, give them a break. Im sure the Spurs will be on there this week.
