And if Germany wins almost half of them have been won by the home country...
If the country has an elite team and they host, it's almost a given they will win.
With home field being such a huge advantage, the WC should not be hosted so often by countries with elite Soccer Teams...should be played on a more neutral ground(IE a ty Soccer country)...Asia, Africa and North America...

Better refs works for me...and once you figure out how to do that, you can tell every other pro sport in the world how to do it.

Brasil is the most overated team in the world cup: no tactic, no defense, no midfield (only emerson) and Ronaldinho (the most overrated player, see, if the team doesn't play for him he is useless). With ghana they commit several mistakes, but ghana is ghana and the attacker didn't score.
