Hahahaha, that is funny. You learn something new everyday.
the owners got a divorce, and then he got thrown in jail (ironic) because of tax evasion on the location in Schertz (which is now where the Hooters is)

Iron Chef America ing rules!
Mario Batali is my hero.
haha I'm watching that too
I don't know about all of this bacon though..
Mario is actually touring with NASCAR and does the pre-race meals for the drivers and crews.
he is a HUGE NASCAR fan as well

The Sea Urchin thing looks nasty
I like the old Iron Chef a little better, but the American ones is good. I think Bobby Flay is an arrogant ass but his food does look good. Mario Batali is great, I bought some of his kitchen stuff. Absolutely lovely!
Dude, I didn't know about the NASCAR thing. That's actually kind of sad ... but his food and show both still rule.
You don't like bacon?? Or its just too much? I would live on bacon if it wasn't for al the fat.
Gotta love a man who wears clogs and orange socks.
Anyone see the one with the big ass tuna? That thing was huge and awesome
The original Iron Chef rocks - it's so over the top, the host looks like a Japanese Liberaci and the chefs act like it's life and death.
This is going to sound gay but it's too damn fatty. I feel guilty eating it...![]()
Did anyone see the hamburger one? The one judge said he wanted a "sqealer" burger, where they dice bacon up and put it in a hamburger then cook it. He said it was a Texas thing, but I have never heard of that. Anyone know where they sell ''sqealers"?

I wanted to watch it, but I kept missing it. I need Tivo.Anyone see the one with the big ass tuna? That thing was huge and awesome
Japanese TV in general rocks! When I was there, I bought a video tape and put it in the VCR and taped random commercials and stuff, it was hilarious. I think I still have it in storage somewhere. I also bough a load of magazines cus they open from the left, not the right, I just thought it was cool. Ricky Martin was on the cover of the Japanese version of TIME that week![]()
I like my tuna RARE!
I had a blackend Tuna and I asked for it rare, and the assholes cooked it too long, it was real flaky. But it was still good.
Mmmmmmm. Tuna. I wish I had Sashimi.
These Mavs fans are ing assholes
Mel has been all over the world. I'm so jealous. Seriously
What did you do that made you travel so much? Everytime I read one of your posts, you say you were there and done that.
Nikki's Tokyo Inn has the best tuna sashimi I've ever tasted. It was a little pricey, but damn if it wasn't foodgasmic. You should check it out if you like rare tuna.
Oh, do you know who Ming Tsai is? He used to have a show on Food Network called "East Meets West". He is on public TV now and I watch his show and he had this rare tuna steak recipe that you serve with a cu ber-yogurt dip and cilantro hot sauce that is to DIE for. I got the recipe online and made it about two months ago and it was soooo good.
HOLY
a FRIED BROWNIE
that just made my pancreas go into shock!!
