Man for the 3rd time in like 6 months my 9mm has to be serviced. I think that they on purpose just temporaily patch it up so I have to be stuck using the department recommended 22. I haven't used a .40 consistently since the Academy. Never got used to shooting the damn thing.

If The Wire has taught me anything, you should be discharging your service weapon on a daily basis.

It keeps jamming on every magazine every couple of rounds. BPD is pretty anal about having anything other than a glock 22 or a 9mm. Really they are trying to get all of the officers to switch over to the 22's. A DE is way to big to carry....

Maybe it's my nieveness, but I felt like the .40 cal was almost like shooting a 9mm.
