We make rare blackend Tuna quite often. You can get some good Tuna from HEB but just make sure it is sashimi quality.

I used to love watching him - he had good TV presence, unlike some of the idiots on there now. I hate the woman that comes on after the Barefoot Contessa - Sandra something, and she makes stuff that's partially homemade. She's like disgustingly kitchy. Her "tablescapes" suck ass.
Hahaha, I have moved a lot. I have lived in five different states (and visited at least 25 at some point) and visited Japan in 99. My boyfriend at the time paid for that trip though, or I never would have gone. So it's not as big a deal as it seems. But I lived in Los Angeles for 5 yrs, Seattle for 1, Virginia for 3, Jersey on and off for roughly 9 mos and of course San Antonio.
I like Oliver..the Naked Chef. He can sure cook up some good Tuna.

Rachael Ray might pass out from exhaustion in an hour long show with all the arm waving and she does. I think that's why she only does 30 minute meals - any longer and she would have aircraft landing in her kitchen.

I wish they showed Wolfgang Puck's show before 5am. I like him and his explanations, and his accent cracks me up. I have some of his kitchen stuff, too. I am such a kitchen gadget !

Yeah, travelling really gives you great perspective. You meet so many people, try things you normally wouldn't. It's pretty awesome, I know I am one lucky for having the opportunity to do so. I take advantage of all of them and I have no regrets at all. Oh, and I am a writer, btw. So have laptop, will travel.
