Boo!
I filled in for someone as a favor today and ended up having to deal with our corporation's witchiest customer.
When she first approached my counter, a security officer was already standing there talking to me with two frowning small kids- kids who could have been lost or sick for all she knew having just arrived on the scene.
Did she wait patiently while I helped the little kids? No!
She stood there loudly finger tapping on my counter and even went so far as to attempt to talk over the officer when he was instructing me about the kids.
Keep in mind that I had already acknowledged her presence, as much as the cir stance would allow.
The lady then proceeded with the finger tapping while ing about how it was taking me five whole minutes of her oh so precious timeto complete her transaction.
Ironically, 3 of the 5 minutes were taken up due to her insipid insistance that I give my full attention to her incessant complaining!
Uh, trying to work here lady.
She concluded by threatening to take her business elsewhere.
Yes, please do!
If this had been a solitary incident, I would not be so irate. But this woman is historically a drama queen who treats all our salespeople as her majesty'sservants.
Of course given that, I should not be surprised that she acted as she did today.
Even so, Ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Honestly, I don't even know if Back 2 Basics could coach this lady into a decent customer.
