Good effort. I wasn't embarrased like the NY game. SA should beat the Hawks, lose to Houston and Seattle, and then Timmy could come off IR, if he's ready..

Positives: Effort, five TOs, Barry not doing an impression of a WNBA player.

Thanks to the Spurs for showing up when we needed to kick someone's butt.
You know the Pacers dont stand a chance against a healthy SA in a 7 game series. But, Indy wont make the finals, so We'll never know.

Hate to play the "what if" scenerio but.... If the Spurs didsome how manage to win this game with 1:11 to go you mean to tell me there would have been NOTHING positive about the game?

    Gimme a break.
Honestly. The only thing would be one less loss in the win column. I wouldn't have been happy with this performance, at all. Sorry it's not just "oh well we still won" for me.

Brent played 34 min, and turned in very respecatble numbers.

Manu and Tony and Rasho no showed, plus bad defense and horrible RBs, poor shooting, etc, etc, killed us.

'Apart from that Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?"

just avoided a blowout by 20 points with a late 4th quarter charge. still too difficult to make a win on the road without Tim. next 3 game are at home, look forward to better execution, better defense; at least some improvement from the Knicks game (no lots of turnovers, no long scoring drought)

I don't see any good. But how ty is it to be a fan that is positive we won't win with this team. If that is the case then just stop watching. You know whats going to happen. Why are you even watching the games?
It just feels that way man. You know there's hope at the beginnig of the game that something has snapped inside them and they just might be agressive enough and hungry enough to win it. But then you realize 2 minutes into the game that nothing has changed. I watch just desperately hoping for a change.

Positives: 6 TOs and Barry with a team high 17 points (2-3 from 3 point land) and 4 assists.

Negatives: Defense (49% and 43% from 3 pointers) Only 14 assists for the spurs as a team on shot 38%.

Thank you "Spur of the moment fan"

You can leave your Spurs memoribllia at the door when Timmy retires or Gino is traded.

Pops have zero offensive post prescence without Duncan. Tough to win when you can't even fake a post offense.

    You'd think the Pacers w/o J O'N would be a fair match-up.

im honestly feelin pretty ty right now.

I just dont think this team has it.

Dare I say, that Timvp and Whottt were right, in that the worst part of the Mohammed trade, was messing up chemistry??

    Thats what it looks like.

Damn, tough pill to swallow and honestly, Mohammed hasn't played yet like he did pre groin injury in New York.

Even with Tim playing, Spurs struggle badly when the other team hustles and plays some defense. Rick is a good coach, Pacers play some D, stayed in front of their man, Foster hustled his butt on the boards, Spurs couldn't do .

Gloat away Pooh...your team beat our ass into the dirt...and the Spurs mgmt is it's own worst enemy this season...they should write a book on how to completely and utterly up a no brainer championship team.

Might be nice to have a bigman who can move faster than a turtle and who actually tries to initiate contact...and who actually knows our defense...

    but hey...Nazr is bigger.......

......and the Knicks are 9-4 beating the Celtics for the first time in like 2 years...with defense...

i dont know whats wrong with them. i think they're just tired and emotionally beaten. we should be winning, because when tim and manu were hurt last week we won a couple games, and played good in the ones we lost. we also played detroit good on sunday, so using tim missing is no excuse. we area good team with alot of depth and we will get it back and i still think we'll finish strong. this team needs their confidence back and maybe a win at home agaisnt atlanta will give it to them. they just cant win on the road without im and thats the worst part about him being out.
