Seriously, that Torres signing is a real head scratcher, he hasn't shown signs of getting back his best level for quite some time now.
And even at his best, I don't know if he's worth 50 mil.
still early but ain't looking good

Exactly. It was just the dumbest signing I've ever heard of. I don't know how many other clubs were bidding on Torres (I know there were a few), but I wonder how much they were offering. They couldn't have ALL been willing to s out 40-50 million on this guy, could they?
If so, I'm dumbfounded.
and this clown didnt even start for spain NT, or barely used of the bench...for the south africa WC
CROFLMAO Arsenal
He had been injured and wasn't really 100%.

Arsenal’s Tomas Rosicky and ref Phil Dowd accused of match fixing
Referee Phil Dowd and Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky’s “su ious money transfers” are allegedly being investigated by the Interpol, according to a report by French news source Footanglais365.
A rough translation of the article states: “The crazy game between Newcastle and Arsenal on Saturday afternoon in the Premier League (4-4) has not finished talking. Today, it would even turn Interpol, to look closely at this meeting that saw the Magpies to join the Gunners, who led 4-0 after 26 minutes though gambling”
“Strong prevailing climate of su ion around the game, which would have been on the sidelines of sports content with strange movements of money. Tomas Rosicky, the Czech midfielder for Arsenal came late in the game and led to two goals for Newcastle, would include in the viewfinder of Interpol.”
The match ended in a tie despite the 4-0 lead at halftime. Newcastle rallied versus Arsenal and even posted four goals which remained undefended.
The rally was given momentum during the second half when a red card was given to Arsenal’s Abou Diaby after he reacted to the tackle by Joey Barton, grabbing the midfielder by the neck and shoving him on the ground.
“Inconsistent refereeing needs to stop.its killing the game.if Diaby goes.whats the difference between that and Nolan on our keeper!?? #joke,” wrote Jack Wilshere on his Twitter. The tweet was however quickly deleted as it could give rise to a possible punishment for Wilshere.
Wilshere was referring to that incident early in the match when Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech was thrown by Newcastle’s Kevin Nolan to the ground by the scruff of his neck. Official Phil Dowd chose to send only Diaby out of the game even if the actions were similar.
Well, doesn't look like there is any investigation whatsoever after all:

big manchester derby tomorrow 745 ET. Who you guys got? I always root against ManU
Yup, Man United. Hopefully they drop points and Arsenal doesn't the bed again. If the Gunners drop points to Wolves I might root against them for the rest of the year.
Good game so far. A draw might be the best result for Arsenal.
, Rooney with possible the goal of the season to break the deadlock.
Great goal, but a poorly defended ball as well. , I was hoping it would stay 1-1.
That was a grown man move.
Damnnn
Manchester United BTW
