His strategy is way off for several years now. Wenger keeps playing little kids with little to none experience year after year, and when some of those kids develop to decent players they don't want to remain there as the team as a whole is always too young and inexperienced to be a serious threat on any compe ion.

I give Wenger and Arsenal credit for their scouting and good developing of young players, but he has to realize that's not enough to be compe ive in today's football. He should know that as well, since when he actually won something with Arsenal it was with very experienced players, lots of them world and European champions, and not with a bunch of teenagers.
