Spurs' best player![]()
Manu and Tim, I thank you.
Spurs' best player![]()
guess all thats left is to go join in the circle jerk upstairs.
But to play Debbie Downer, Bonner still got twice the minutes as Splitter.
Absolute Meltdown averted...
...or has it? Still 2 games left against the Lakers![]()
Don't you have a post you have to go fix?

Congrats son.![]()
Lakers-related meltdown will only happen if they don't beat them AND would draw them in the 2nd round. All depends how the chase for the 1-seed turns out.
And the Spurs absolutely have to get better in the 4th. I don't know how many times this year they've had something like a 20 point lead about 10 minutes into the quarter only to see that lead evaporate to 7-10 points over the next few minutes.
Spurs just gotta hope the Lakers get eliminated early in the playoffs.
Bynum's averaging 38% shooting over his last 3 games![]()
What about his rebounds?![]()
Shade under 20. Since he's been missing over 60% of his shots, most of which are from 5 feet and in, it stands to reason there will be a lot of rebound opportunities for him.
Glad the Spurs completed the sweep, but no chance they do the same in the playoffs. Might not even win the series. Prolly same for Lakeshow, but I wanna see the next two games with the Big 3 not looking like . Really makes the win hollow in that Pop didn't close with Splitter.
Yep.
I mean for Christ's sake, he can play his boyfriend for good minutes against virtually every other team in the league, but against Memphis and LA, Splitter needs to play 25 plus minutes a game, most of them alongside Duncan. the spacing on the floor. To beat LA, you need to limit their second chance opportunities and get a few second chance points yourself.
Tell that to the guys upstairs.
I'm glad to see Tim's looking good and Manu's been headed in the right direction. Still a lot of troubling trends that don't bode well for the playoffs. Any post-season success with this team is gravy in my opinion. A championship is out of the question.
Sure but when he's missing shots (as usual this time of year), he's not actually spacing the floor...
You mean like the 4th quarter scoring droughts of yesteryear?![]()
