All those stats are unbelievable.
Stockton was good but they should have won atleast one le
They choke a lot
All those stats are unbelievable.
Rember what rookie Parker schooled Payton![]()
90-75 Parker on the floor. 90-82 w/Knicks to the FT line. Parker gets the hook. Was time to put the closers in.
So who plays tomorrow and who rests? Kawhi is likely out. Maybe Green, Pau, Tony, Manu...?
Green gonna be shelved for awhile
Should have already 2 maybe 3 games back. Pop’s been playing him injured.
Maybe Pop wanted to allow Green to play in his hometown, since it’s only once a year they’re in NYC. Well I guess twice if you count Brooklyn.
No, tell me more.
He can cheer up Woody.

Danny is injured.
I read somewhere Spurs are going to be again in the 5 games in 7 nights thing, and on the road... so Iam thinking at some point Pop pulls an OKC rest game of sorts and plays a skeleton crew, might even call the dleaguers.
Without pulling a CIA Pop move he already has Rudy and Danny injured, Manu rest DNP-old, Kawhi maybe in injury management.
Sounds about right. LMA played a lot of minutes last night so I was wondering if he too might rest.
Never cared much for these stats. Team does well when stars do well? Shocking. If the stat was Spurs still 27-6 when KL/LA shoot under 35 FG, then that'd be something.
Play 'em all. Take control of the two seed and put some pressure on GS for the one seed.
yup ... healthy Spurs win 70% of their games ... in this case its 80% ... really mindboggling
this game also was another example that Bertans is not Bonner i.e. he needs a little more playing time to be effective on the court. he needs some rhythm and then he contributes.
I dunno if that is true or not. But he definitely needs confidence. Poop had destroyed it earlier in the season by jerking him around.
yeah, not statistical backup ... but Bonner could come in, hit a three and get back to the bench.
Davis normally misses his shot or s up something after checking in and then gets pulled immediately ... this game he had the putback layup and then he was confident for the remainder of the game
Yea, I can see that. Bonner was a vet who knew his ceiling and accepted his role. Bertans does not have that mindset.
I can't remember who is was, I think it was Isiah Thomas who said recently that he was glad Stockton wasn't more selfish. He thought Stockton was lethal/clutch, and he was glad every time Stockton passed the ball off in crunch time because whoever he passed it to was less likely to make the shot than Stockton himself. I knew Stockton was good, but I didn't realize he was held in such high regard from his peers.
I actually wanted to get him on the Spurs for a year or two in a bench role, but he retired when I still think he had game left in the tank.
shows how much you know. liberals don't drink beer.
Did Beasley seriously tried to trick the refs into thinking Manu didn't make the 3pt shot while trying to pass to LMa?
