I feel what you saying. My honest opinion I don’t think he’s a cancer. I think he just doesn’t fit this team. Only way it works with DeRozan is if he is a facilitator/ scorer. But this team is designed for ball movement so his game doesn’t fit the team unless Pop wants the offense ran through him. Me personally I like when D. White is the primary ball handler. But I don’t think DeRozan is a cancer I just think it’s hard to add a player with his skill set to this team. Especially since we already have a mid range dominate player in LMA.

There is not one Spur who is untradeable including Pop who I am thinking the team has tuned out. This team has a better record than the 1988-89 Spurs with their 21 win season but, this Spurs team is not really any better. There is no heart, no fire in the belly, no backbone, and no big balls player. This is definitely one of the worst rodeo road trips ever, if not the worst. This team has absolutely, positively no chance in the playoffs. As much as I hate saying this I think it is time to seriously think about the draft and how we can improve our lot by trading various players on this team. Everyone should be considered tradeable at this point. We will never, ever win a championship with either DD or LMA as the supposed leaders of this team. And no they don't need more time. A whole bunch of teams are playing with new players and they are rocking the league. This team is a bad mix that can't get their act together to save their lives. We've got to include our bigger name players to even get one team in the league willing to trade with us. It is fools gold to think this team has any real chance in the playoffs and it'll only get worse next season with LMA, DD, Rudy Gay and Pau Gasol not getting any younger. And it remains to be seen if DjM can come back and not show the effects of his ACL injury. And we need his athleticism and a whole lot more from other players who just don't have it. Pop is pretty much stuck in the old school way of life. Pop really needs to give retiring some serious thought. JMHO.

This is the same team that beat the top seeds of the nba a month ago. Had a 5 game winning streak going into the rrt but then his injury happened. Then first game back and we nearly beat a really good Raptors team that plays great at home. A few days later we lose to the worst team in the league without him.
