Yeah that doesn't actually happen at college. Only people who have never been to university would believe like Gods Not dead happens in real lifeno offense bud
It has multiple sequels but anyway it's not like I'm quoting the script I'm quoting the list of legal cases, many from the ACLJ, that are recorded facts if u can read context. (By the way one of the movies depicted a legal defense for the existence of Jesus)
To Fred, when u vote u don't vote for the person but their policies so if u think I'm going to support murder of babies and the perversion of marriage and traditional family then sorry you have an obscured view of evil if money is more important.
The problem is that while faith is silenced liberalism and progressivism is rampant and encouraged so u can't be biased if one is free the other needs to be as well. And where do you think science and all knowledge originates from, its Creator.

Def true and it's gotten worse since I was last in college 20 yrs ago.
faith is SOOOOO silenced
HW Bush was smart enough to stay out of the headlines when the Berlin Wall fell and only negotiate in private as Gorbachev was walking a knife edge trying to maintain power in the Communist party against a bunch of war hawks who wanted to oust him and lock Berlin back down by deadly force just like the Soviets had been doing for the last 28 years there. If Reagan was president then he'd be doing victory laps and egging the hardliners in the Soviet Union on and maybe Gorbachev falls and we get World War III. Maybe you're too young but if you were alive at the time the idea of the Berlin Wall falling without a shot was unthinkable. In the time of the cold war Americans just expected the US and Soviet Union would eventually be in full blown nuclear war with the Soviets, with East Germany and probably Berlin as the flashpoint.

Sounds like something Pop would agree on, under the radar covertly with no unwarranted attention. It’s how Pop handles Spurs keeping everything in-house. That’s why DRob and Timmy were perfect soldiers without question, Manu and TP falling in line. That’s what I didn’t like about Instagram Baller and specially nephew airing dirty laundry. Anyways, I hope the old man’s okay. I’m sure he doesn’t want anyone to fuzz.
Stop arguing and hurling insults guys. This isn't the thread for it.
Out of 10, how concerned are you for Pop's health?
Until we hear some actual update on it, about an 8 as a few people have said he's getting better.

7 im sure hes going to be ok. He needs to step down after the season
I'm at an 8
Heart attack, stroke or cancer seem the most likely possibilities and each could have long-lasting and/or life-threatening consequences.
Stephen Jackson's comment that Pop is not a great coach, but, a great leader puts things in perspective. Probably time for Pop to go.
It was a mild stroke
Damn, then my prediction was on point.
He's probably already fully recovered mentally, but I'm not sure that his motor function will ever be fully back.
He's got the best possible care, hopefully he can come back to get a proper send-off, but I wouldn't expect him to coach full-time again.
Get well soon, hope he does make a full recovery. But I really hope he takes this as a sign to make sure he's prioritizing his long term health above everything else tbh.
Definitely time to retire at this point tbh.
Glad to hear it was mild and a full recovery is expected!
All those en turnovers triggered it probably, tbh.
I blame Wemby’s terrible shot selection tbh. Just kidding. Pop is a fighter who keeps himself in absolute pristine shape but this was inevitable.
I’m sure hard conversations are going on behind closed doors but I’d love to see a clear transition path where Pop still had some input and power during his final years.
Man I hope he gets back to his regular self. Probably should stop stressing himself out by coaching
Most of us figured it was either cardio or neuro so this isn't a big shocker. what we don't know is if there was any sort of damage at all and whether or not he has to undergo any kind of rehab. the spurs will be very hush-hush and we'll just have to wait it out. i'll just give myself a 50/50 outlook on whether or not Pop returns this season and/or beyond that.
Well , good news he got medical attention ASAP at least for the stroke. Can't imagine he'll be back coaching though.
Heal up, Pop!
This really shakes up the organization. Not only without a coach, but without a President of Basketball Operations and overall leader. My guess is that they would be prepared for this better than most.
Mitch Johnson is probably interim coach for the rest of the season and they do a hire after the season. I wonder if Pop can continue as de facto President of B-ball? Who's next in line there?
I'm glad Pop has accomplished his amazing feats in the bball world before this happened. 5 rings, The coaching tree of all-time, all the wins, Gold Medal and improving so many lives along the way.
