Not that I know of. I still haven't heard the context in which he gave that response. There were a ton of quotes about Wade/Lebron, but it seems like the Dirk quotes were just totally random.

i think it's the sixth one, where dirk is wearing a green/black warmup top...eh, just listened to it again, lots of talk about the finals, not much about "giving it away" although maybe wade was mad because dirk said that he felt like in the past they didn't have confidence when playing the the better teams like the spurs and last season they gained that confidence...and i guess he didn't include the heat as one of those *better* teams

i can't believe he's ing about the refs, when on Letterman before the Finals he said he was happy with the rule changes that opened up the game for superstars like Dirk, Lebron, and Dwane Wade.
Also 25 years from now nobody will remember the FTs because the winners write the history. I doubt Mavs fans will care because by then they should have had a le.

That being said- and in spite of all of the vitriol thrown at the Mavs on this board- there aren't very many of you who thought Dallas had even the SLIGHTEST chance of beating the Spurs in the playoffs last year. And there aren't very many of you who wouldn't trade regular season records with the Mavs so far this year...even if you deem the regular season totally irrelevant. (Excepting those masochistic Spurs fans who love to post gloom and doom regarding the Spurs chances this year.)
I fully expect the Spurs to be there strong come playoff time. And I hope the Mavs can beat them and maybe even win it all this time. Then we can eliminate the "shut up Mavs fans until you have a trophy- you ain't " posts...to be replaced by the "oh yeah, well talk to me when you have 3 trophies in the case" posts.

haha, this original thread wasn't even about cuban and the refs, way to hone in on the irrelevant and not appreciate the "buffet" line by cuban...anyway, just like cuban, there are plenty of spurs fans who still and moan about the officiating in the spurs/mavs series last year
