One more win and the Spurs clinch another winning record on the road. Great job Spurs!!![]()
i like the win, wasnt the best win we have had but it still seems like elson is fitting into his role really well as well as manu and barry.. i didnt like the move of going small at the end of the game...i thought we gave up a lot of easy lay ups cause elson wasnt in the game...i hope pop knows to put elson on dirk when we fave the mavs..
Elson + Oberto= 10 fouls in 24 total minutes
You saw the game??
12 minutes- 5 fouls- 2 rebounds
Uh, yes he was, in fact injured. Did you watch the game, or are you just talking out of your ass? He didn't even start the second half.
Guh-No-Bleee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
24-consecutive points, oh ma gawd he's nasty
--After giving up more than 100 points in two consecutive games, the Spurs have now held their past three opponents to 82, 81 and 80 points, respectively. Said Duncan of San Antonio's defense: "That's going to be the key to the stretch run here. We have to really turn that defense up and really keep people off our offensive glass, and that's something that's hurt us tremendously throughout the first half of the season."
good for you Atlanta, you're lucky to score 96 pts.on us.
ATLANTA -- Manu Ginobili scored 24 consecutive San Antonio points in a 10-minute span of the first half against Atlanta on Wednesday night.
Entering the game late in the first quarter, Ginobili missed his first two shots before hitting eight straight from the field and all seven attempts on free throws. The Spurs led 39-23 at the end of his flurry, and Ginobili scored 27 points on 9-of-13 shooting in the first half.
Ginobili has played well in his role as the Spurs' sixth man, becoming the NBA's No. 2 bench scorer.
In his 13 games as a reserve, Ginobili averaged 17.4 points in 25 minutes. Only Chicago's Ben Gordon, with 22.5 points in 31.1 minutes, was more productive.
oh yeah! our bet for this yr's 6th man of the year.
Go! Go! Manu .![]()
HE didn't started because he had already too many fouls. If he was really injured, he wouldn't have returned don't you think? You can have vaughn, barry, udrih or manu as PG
manu again proving my theory of irregularity.
next opponent ->Seattle
Bowen vs his best friend Ray Allen![]()
Unleash Tony Parker???
Unleash tha in Gino-sauce!

It was pretty obvious from his comments that he was on a Church mission.
Tony has started second halves with 3 fouls before. Pop didn't start him because he didn't want to heat up and cool down the hamstring too many times using the normal rotation, and he didn't want to play him too many minutes. Once he entered the game in the second half, he only came out once. Pop would never alter the rotation because a player had 3 fouls after 2 quarters, but he would alter the rotation for a dinged player. Did you watch? Tony had NO ING LIFT in the second half. He couldn't get under his jumper, and actually threw an airball.
Yeah, I don't know why I bother with "fans" who hate players on our team.
Shocker Parker has 1 bad game, and the haters are back out...
Yeah
Had he one good game all season long?
eh??????Had he one good game all season long?
Big deal if Tony had a bad game. they never click all at hte same time. i didn't see the game so he probably got hurt, which is why he only played 24 minutes.
Tim , Manu and Tony always seem to alternate in bad games 3-14, 5 - 16, FG etc. Tony's had like about 4 bad nights of these off-shooting affiars . Tim's had a fair share more and So has Manu. The "haters" need to get some perspective on these reg games.
I wish they played this game on TV though. Tim and Manu must have dominated.
Just wanted to piss you off![]()
I just go in from the game. GIN-O-BLEE!!!!!!!!!!!! wtf? He couldn't miss the 1st half. Whatever he had for breakfast I need some. I got to meet him + he was very nice. Horry was an ass but I expected that.
I took a lot of pix, I'll post them tomorrow. Good game though. There were a lot of Spurs fans there + I sat with half of Argentinaso they were riled up. They were very nice though. We had a lot of fun.
