So is Portland going to trade away everyone with more than 2 years of experience now? Because I would gladly give them Williams for Outlaw even though I like the Williams pick better than the Splitter one.

They just may. I wonder if Fernandez or Koponen will come over for next season. I doubt Kopenen will.
Sam Presti is THE FREEGIN MAN! Our on Spur SAM PRESTI said i dont want this in crybaby on my team.......Goodbye Ray Allen
JamesOn Drugs!
It's pick 51, and there are 4 players that the Spurs could use next season still on the board. WTF!
Dowdell, Sessions, Green, Nichols, Strawberry (maybe)
Not to mention potentially good draft and stash guys - Printezis, Tomas, Bokolo, Traore, Gomes
Portland takes another PG.
Their biggest draft success in the past 5 years is Beno-- enough said.
Spurs clearly drafted future potential. Splitter needs to come-on strong soon. He's got the body and a lot of upside. However, he has been hyped for several years with actual floor contributions just not measuring up.
Fernandez more likely I think than Kopenen. The guy has got talent, but he's raw. Supposedly though has got a high basketball IQ.
Either way, the Blazers are going to be an insanely young, but deep and athletic team. Unlike the Celtics, who also stockpiled talent, Portland actually has some franchise player talent. Oden, Roy and Aldridge all have ability.
Yes, the spurs have a horrible front office....![]()
WTF are you trying to prove?
Absolutely. Great young foundation. Should fully revive Portland's fan base.
Is splitter buyout clear in 2007-2008?
Green and Oden on the same team...oh, the irony!![]()
interesting draft.............i just got home from work and the biggest surprise is the JRich trade
Northwest Division is looking good a couple years down the road. Denvers automatic 3 seed may not be so predictable.
Beautiful.![]()
Funny. The 58th pick is there in the audience.
Spurs grab another SF.![]()
Giorgos!! oh boy.....
Well - he gets credit for sticking around.
...and with their final pick, the Spurs select...Giorgos Printezis from Greece...Spurs are like the freakin' UN now!![]()
That's hilarious. He's one of the last guys left at the Garden. Welcome (someday).
