Have the Spurs EVER made a good, major trade?

I don't think this is a major trade and Thomas is not a star....

OK, I have to admit, I'm psyched for this trade because I've lived in NYC for 10 years and Kurt was my favorite Knick for a long time. And I was impressed by how well he played Duncan in the playoffs last year. I think he's a class act, a savvy veteran, and a guy with a desire to win.

And he may not be a star, but he has better stats than our starting center, so I think this is a very good trade. I may eat my words, but I doubt it.
