Yesterday marked the one year anniversary of my attempt @ quitting smoking...I'm stoked I made it this far (and so is my gf...). Hopefully I won't have to mark said anniversary with a toast. The hope is that this will be permanently part of the rest of my life.

6-7 yrs strong without a cigarette and doubt i'll ever smoke another... i went cold turkey and somehow come to despise cigarettes altogether so i think my chances of never smoking again are 100%.
