My rice is killer.
My grandma taught me how to make it.
When I first tried making it, I would it up.
But I perfected it over time.
It's never quite the right color but the taste is perfect.
In my opinion, rice should be a yellowish color, not too dark and not too light.
But my rice comes out brownish. Not too dark but not as yellow as I would like.
It may be due to my use of cominos.
I think that keeps the rice browner than usual.
If there is ever a Mexican themed Spurstalk potluck, I will bring my rice.
As CBF would say, chodes will be exploded.
