I love Japanese food, but I can't stand raw fish so I'm very picky about sushi.

Probably not since she promised to go to some work thing with her roommate, but we've already had post-date fun.

Thought it was. Only places that are close to me and within my price range are this place in Barrington about a block from where I work called Sagano, and the Mitsuwa Asian marketplace about 20 minutes away in Arlington Heights, so I don't eat as much sushi as I'd like to.

I don't know how you do it, I am addicted and need to have sushi at least once a week. gets expensive though. Most of my dates we end up getting shushi and I usually drop close to 100. Well I guess getting a couple of bottles of Unfiltered Saki doesn't help.

I'm not that big of a wine drinker -- I get tired of it after about half a glass -- but pinotage can be quite good.

Wine, its a very nice red that isnt as sweet as a Pinot and not dry like a Cab.

i know of this guy that used to be in one of those bureaus. FBI, CIA, or secret service. i don't remember which one, but he's let some things slip out about his work and it's pretty eye opening. very eye opening.

Nigri Tuna and Salmon are tasty...but I've never had Unagi. It's eel, right?

i've tasted unagi and the texture freaked me out a bit. it looks like a tongue. i pretty much just stay with salmon.
