Texas is picking up their efforts with DT offer Stephon Shivers of Brentwood, TN after he recently posted his recruitment is open.

While still officially committed to Georgia, Texas has kept communication going through his coach since offering in March.

He says he's a fan of Texas' DL and would like to visit Austin if the staff makes him a priority.

Shivers has received two Vanderbilt crystal balls on 247 this week.

I think it's a good idea to sit Makuba. I think Jelani McDonald is more than capable to fill in for him this game. Bond will be a welcome sight back.

He is not playing. This is posturing by Florida to try and keep Texas in the dark. Here is thing, doesn't matter. If he plays, he is a statue back there, if he doesn't play then Fla is down to their 3rd string QB and Texas will confuse the out of him.
