It's becoming increasingly obvious on Planet Earth in 2024 that todays Liberal ideals are at odds with security and safety. I don't see the same mess elsewhere because there are no Liberals outside of Europe, N.America and Australia. And the Aussies take a hard stance on this subject.

Set up a tent city on the border and hold people there til they are deported. Multiply the budget for patrol and massive agent increase to hound the areas.
Massive increase to ICE budget. Massive deportations. Anyone withholding their origin can live in the tent city with less resources than those being processed out.
All this is still much cheaper than the current system. And it employes Americans.

In other parts of the World tents in the desert exist for laborers.
No more getting taken advantage of. The West needs to adapt with the times.
But I will add. This strong approach should be coupled with a big step out of foreign affairs. The West needs to stop meddling and that includes humanitarian aid. No more contest of who is suffering the most. The West increasingly has the sloppiest 1st World societies.
Absolutely no reasoning we can fund/supply/join War against Russia and not regain a control of our borders AND communities.
By stepping out of foreign lands we need to vastly update our vetting process & standards.
This has become such a circus just common sense changes will be supported by quality migrants. They are the ones being tormented by our lack of will power. And why would they want to integrate become one of us when we are weak.
USA/West doesn't need to be perfect. We can satisfy our role as the pillar of Liberal values while also being strict parents.
I am proud of my USA passport, that my family & I earned. We help more people by upholding our standards...
Concentration camps is your answer. We get it.
People will be well fed.
The goal is to process them at neutral location, not literally entry point. Avoid over crowded facilities and over crowded court rooms. Simple strategy of dividing everyone and single males over assumed 16 should help alot.
Now we can use regular facilities for families, females, children and investigate fraud. I.e. people without identification.
Absolutely no one should be crossing into USA society without approved status. By better sorting the applicants we can slash the wait time. But again. No one should step into USA without the assumption they are approved and free to prosper in our society
Don't look at it as punishing. We are rewarding & empowering with resources our next co-worker or even neighbor.
