I wouldn't pay to see him in concert. The guy seems reasonably nice, and it would be a bit sad to see him trotted out and decrepit.
At some point, you simply need to say it, and give up working. His drug use and genetic disorder probably means that time was about 5-10 years ago.
He's eligible for social security now.
