leave Jax in for extended minutes. the only one with Balls in there![]()
Spurs are sliding over too far on help defense, leaving shooters open for 3s

spurs need to stop with that double team bullsh!t leaving their shooters wide open
Who is the Knicks coach? And does he have a track record of being a good coach? Not used to seeing the Knicks so crisp.
That data is also based on a 5 game sample size where 2 wins were against a Philadelphia team that just lost to the 0-8 Pistons a couple of nights ago and 1 win was against the Orlando Magic.
Seems like an instruction from Pop. If it is, I don't agree with it.
Guys have to rebound the dam ball. Crash the boards !!
Pop's defensive scheme failed.
this would've been a lot easier if you just give Melo his points... now we're scrambling like mother ers and still giving up 3s
Agree with the sentiment here, doubling Anthony is really helping the Knicks - wait to see if he's on tonight at least.
Spurs have very poor double schemes for the most part. Either that or the execution sucks due to infrequency of implementation. They should play Melo straight up if Jax or Leonard are on him.
And the other vs MIA and DAL, besides they're playing better than us right now.
this ... will cost us less energy
They need to treat Melo less like Durant and more like Melo. Unlike Durant, Melo actually has good court vision. They're getting owned by his playmaking and breaking down the defense tbh.
I don't think the defense has been horrible. The Knicks passing and movement have been excellent.
What the happened to our three point shooting this year? We were best in the league last year and now hovering in the middle of the pack.
LOL "JR Smith commiting the first foul of his life!"
good way to piss off JRSmith
i think we can still take this as long as we don't fall behind and just keep pace
Pop is not one to scrap the gameplan in the first half. Just like you saw Kawhi down the stretch on Kobe late against the Lakers, you will prob see the Spurs change up the D in the 4th to keep them from getting comfortable.
Melo is so much more deadly as a PF rather than a SF.
