Obviously they want to kill as many doctors and teachers as possible.
Your sophistry is showing.
Both sides are shooting long range artillery of various accuracies. None of the reports are presenting physical evidence but every single one that is being put up in this thread are attributing it to the Israelis. One sided indeed.
I guess the Hamas' very low tech s s are filled with rainbows and only fall into the sea.
If sophistry implies even a tiny bit of sophistication, that's not big J.
They are pushed around because they give Israel no choice.
It is Israel that is retaliating.
Go to bed got.
The goal is to let Hamas know they cannot set up a rocket launcher in a hospital or school to keep it safe.
Do you approve of Hamas using human shields?
No one approves of human shields.
You've mastered using the words sophist and statist, the ultimate of message board insults. Lack of critical thinking and emperical data are equally as scathing. Creative you are not.
I am not insulting. I am making a compelling argument. He started off this thread stating that Israel was getting media bias. Now instead of considering the bias going the other way, he is now arguing on the merit of said media. It speaks to his veracity regardless of how creative the terminology I use is.
While you come here to troll and irritate people, I come here to discuss issues and try and understand the truth. Sophists and people that have difficulty understanding concepts and how they relate -like yourself- are clear signs to disregard someone.
Virtue and vice are inherent so wtf does creativity have to do with anything? Are you so stupid that you think that everyone does things for the same reason as you? You consistently project your rationalizations and motivation onto me. I am not remotely motivated by the same things as you. I don't value the same things as you.
bombin the out of someone then going to church to repent ur sins? roflmao fkn jews
You mean Catholics...
Hamas claims captured soldier dead.
Until someone finds a body, Israel will perform a very intrusive search most likely resulting in even more death on both sides. Anyone think Hamas will attempt to find a body quickly and send it to Israel via a second party to save lives?
The first word after the event was that Hamas had the soldier, which was later deleted. Hamas usually waits a while to announce a capture in order to hide the soldier before the Israelis can set up focus on an area.
Looking forward to the calls for "war crimes" against Hamas for likely executing a prisoner of war.
Look up

Among the places worst affected by the use of white phosphorus was the UNRWA compound in Gaza City, at which Israeli forces fired three white phosphorus smoke s s on 15 January 2009. The white phosphorus landed next to some fuel trucks and caused a large fire which destroyed tons of humanitarian aid.[72][73][74] Prior to this strike, the compound had already been hit an hour earlier and the Israeli authorities had been informed by UNRWA officials and had given assurance that no further strikes would be launched on the compound.[75] In another incident on the same day a white phosphorus smoke s landed in the al-Quds hospital in Gaza City also causing a fire that forced hospital staff to evacuate the patients.[76] The commander of the Gaza division, Brig. Gen. Eyal Eizenberg, and the commander of the Givati brigade, Col. Ilan Malka, were later disciplined for authorizing the s ing.[77]
In September 2010, reports of white phosphorus mortars hitting Eshkol regional council (Israel) Eshkol Regional Council head Haim Yalin told Haaretz on Wednesday that "at about 6:30 in the morning the mortars began landing. By noon nine mortar s hits had been identified, including two phosphorous (sic) ones."[78][79]
Yeah, they're totally just defending themselves.
Do you realize you added in accounts of Palestinians using white phosphorus against Israeli civilians as well? And your quote also says the Israeli military personnel who authorized using white phosphorus were disciplined. I fail to see how that is genocide.
from the same wikipedia article:
The Jerusalem Post reported that in January 2012, two mortars were fired from Gaza into the area governed by the Eshkol Regional Council which were determined by the Israeli military to have contained white phosphorus
You think this is the case? If Hamas could have invaded Israel, they would have done so. But across the border is the 6th largest military in the world. Explosive ordinance, tanks, and modern artillery tend to nullify "we have a lot of guys with AK-47s who know how to dig."
It's ridiculous. If Hamas was that much of a threat to Israel, you wouldn't see Israeli citizens going about their daily life like nothing is ever going to happen while they're in the middle of a war across the border.
More people died yesterday from lightning strikes than Israelis have during this escalation of the conflict. Somehow I'm not convinced that Hamas is a threat to them. Weird, I know.
Pretty clear you have no idea what it is to be an Israeli civilian.
Stop talking past me. NO ONE on this board has advocated for Hamas or their actions. They're terrorists and they deserve to get booted out.
Just not at the expense of thousands of innocent lives that Israel is all too willing to end, as long as they can do it without receiving too much chastisement from the world.

Even the ing United States said they went too far (but we're not above making money on the situation).
The audacity to make a statement like that.
It's pretty clear that 2 people have died and thousands on the other side. Pretty clear you have no idea how disproportionate that is.
You let me know the minute a missile from Gaza lands on a hospital or school. Then we'll talk.
OK, what is your plan to stop it?
The innocent Palestinians aren't so innocent if they are going to turn a blind eye to what happens in their neighborhoods. At some point, they need to say "enough is enough," and take action against the terrorists in their communities. Until that happens, I will not shed a tear for the collateral damage.
hamas aint shootin at their own ppl, why would their own ppl fight against the ppl who are fighting the enemy?
WC, ever the brave one, who won't even debate points in this forum like a man, blaming impoverished people who can't even feed themselves for not charging into a phalanx of fully automatic assault rifles.
Not surprising that you would label living, breathing people, as "collateral damage".
