But not every sport is boxing wherein you have to floor your opponent to score a victory. Think even Pacquiao realized this, whether the injury angle is true or not. He's going with $100 million, why not go with an intact face too?

These fighters should forfeit half their take if they're unable to finish the fight. Now there have been a lot of amazing fights that've gone the distance, but when you have guys punching for points instead of trying to stop the guy in front of him, it makes for a ty fight. People can argue all day that it's a science and Mayweather has mastered it better than anybody, but it's boring. You shouldn't be considered greatest by cherry picking your opponents and fighting for points.

Avoiding the other guy's assault is part of the game, but you have to dish it yourself. At the end of the day it's still a fight, most people want to see a stoppage, not judges deciding who was more efficient.

If Manny was still on steroids, this could have been an awesome fight. I'm lelling at anyone who thought it was going to play out any other way.

One thing I've learned from this match is that casual boxing fans have no idea how to score a fight. Not a fan of Mayweather in the slightest but he clearly won. Me and my friends all predicted a Floyd win by decision - only time we've all been unanimous on any fight.
