ty attempt at a shot. No one ever said the Celtics WERE drafting for the Spurs. I was simply speculating that they might have been. I wish they had been in retrospect, since at least the return would have been better.
This is what I said regarding Rozier:
Anyway, no. This isn't speculation. LJC has to sign this season to get guaranteed money. There's no way he won't accept the offer provided the Spurs don't find some way to convince him that they'll make it financially worth his while. He's already given them two years of potential NBA salary. The Spurs cannot force him to go back to Europe (they can never force any player they draft to do so). So acting like he has to convince them to bring him over is not correct.
