    Simmons needs to stop being tentative. He's there to be athletic and get in the paint. Actually, this whole, "Stand around and let McCallum dribble the ball" thing is silly with Anderson and Simmons on the floor. It should be penetration and cross-penetration all day. If Mills and McCallum switched units, both would look better.

    NDoye is the best player on the second unit so far. I really like his effort and defense.
