Second opinions are quite common; no one gets completely right every time.
Oh, so the Spurs, an organization known for being overly cautious with injuries, misdiagnosed an injury and doubled down on it to the point where Kawhi sought out a second opinion that said it was more severe than the Spurs were letting on. Got it.

GTFO Kawhi, we gots Murray![]()
Naturally it would be a lifetime loser like Amuseddaysleeper to be the first one to post untrue franchise-ending gossip from First Take. So predictable.
y'all are dumb AF to be worried about what Jalen Rose says tbh
where you been brah?![]()
Out indefinitely tbh, Nono....
don't leave us like Kawhi
![]()
Sure you can. If this is true, just like jalen said, most nba players dont want to work. Trade him since hez crying like durbeta
I laugh. What is Houston going to look like in two years? Ariza and Paul at 35 years old and still have not bear GSW. OKC? Melo is old. Westbrook is pushing 30. Where will the Spurs be in two years? Still winning 50 games. Might not win rings but a threat. Teams have come and gone, Spurs just being the Spurs. KL is an amazing talent but if he wants out, whose next up? Come on down...
So you think kl doesn't want to work? You'd be the type to put all the blame on him if the Spurs don't win a le no matter what roster they have around him.

Kawhi wasn't much of a cheerleader on the bench tonight. Mostly sulking. As a body language expert, I can tell you this bodes badly for Spurs nation.![]()
Don't shoot the messenger got
Agreed, he did look distant from the team
Isnt he always that way though?
Yeah he wasn’t waving his usual towel or hoppin around like he always does; it was weird.
Body language expert?![]()
I saw him clapping quite a bit actually. Watch the highlight tape of the game in the game thread. He was pretty supportive for a robot, tbh.
Im saying there is a certain type who dont accept adversity. Lebron, kd, possibly kl. Ironically the two biggest need help players are also considered the best. Just go to work and do your job. If he cant then show him the door
The end goal is to win les for them and they've done it. If the Spurs don't win a le you'd blame him for it.
I hope you’re joking. Kawhi was actually clapping and smiling and other than that acting like his normal self. Believe me, I kept an eye on him. He doesn’t clap much anyways. If anything, It actually looked as if someone told him “make sure you clap and smile sometimes because the camera is gonna be on you”.
Are you trolling? He’s rarely one to show much emotion at all.
If he’s sulking it might be bc he wants to play and he can’t. Might feel pretty miserable like a kid a the line to get in a ride but he can’t get on it.
Yes, and that's a problem. He's gotta have more self-awareness, given the "news" of the past couple of days. Fans wanted to see positive signs ... I didn't.
I'll take another look.
That's good to know. I didn't see that while I was watching, although in my defense, I had 4 games on at once. Some good college matchups tonight.
Not trolling, as explained above, the times I saw him, he was the usual Kawhi, which is not what I was hoping for.
The body language expert nonsense was just tongue in cheek.![]()
