Something got knocked loose in your head.
tbqh = tbq deranged.
White is very good and very promising but lets not get ahead of ourselves about his stat line, Hawks defense was laughable.

Still undefeated since Gasol's gone...
True it's early but his defense and composure is what has sold me on him. His ability on that end is already elite. Keep in mind, he's so inexperienced at this level and look how level-headed his play is.
Asked what Derrick did best, Pop said, "He did everything well, defensive especially. He is getting more aggressive scoring-wise, but his defense is really solid. He blocked five or six shots. He did a good job on a great young player." #Spurs
Props to white, but give some love to LMA... dude has been carried the load for a while now.
Solid game by LMA and White but...wake me up when they beat a good team on the road instead of struggling against a bottom-feeder only because their logo isn't on halfcourt.
Check out my comment history. I won't stop talking about White. Oh...and for those that said he only avg. 11. You can't go entirely off avgs. I see a nack and talent. that is only gonna get better. DuM doesn't have an O game, great D tho. My crystal ball says DuM will not be a contributor till the end of 2020. He has a big hill to climb from that injury. Dfrozen needs to go imo
Pop on Eubanks shoring up the depth at center in Poeltl's absence: "Drew was probably scared to death when I called his name. He is just a solid, solid physical player and we want to bring him along because he is a real compe or."
LMA is definitely the anchor. Those two can carry the Spurs...probably unlikely to win a playoff series this season with all the dead weight but given the right matchup, we could push the series 6 or 7
Stats dont mean everything. I am telling you he has a gift. He's like half Tony on O and Manu on D.
White had 6 blocks?! Holy ! 18-6-9–6 in 29 minutes my god
White's DRtg since the ASB is 99!
The best thing for me personally is that it's been fun to watch him play and grow. There hasn't been much else fun to watch about this team for the last couple of years. I've been looking forward to seeing how White is going to play each night. I'd still rather see them get a lottery pick. But if they just have to squeak into the playoffs, at least he is giving us something to look forward to next season.
Wow we really missed Pau with Poetl out tonight![]()
Don't have to sell me. I'm a D-White nuthugger already lol
Post of the night. I'm so glad that corpse is gone.
White is easily the 2nd best player on the team (probably 1st if he got more freedom and didn't have to defer so much) but gets treated like he's on the same tier as Fatty, Forbes, Beli.......
The fact that he gets subbed out so damn early each 1st qtr so Fatty can come in, clank some open 3s and give up 20 points to the opposing PG is nuts to me![]()
Curious to what the record for most blocks in a game by a starting PG is? 6 would have to be pretty high up the list.
Pop on Eubanks in the post-game:
"He's just a solid, solid physical player. And, uh, we want to bring him along, because he's a real compe or."
White's scoring is deceiving too. He was injured to start the year. He's come on like gangbusters since he got his feet under him (minus his foot issues on the rodeo trip). Let's hope it doesn't up bother him the rest of the way.
If we can just find a big wing in the draft (that Pop will actually play as a rookie) will be golden![]()
In the 16 games before he went down with the heel problem, he had been averaging 16 PPG. He's not even the same player he was to start the season.
