Realistically this Clippers team is probably a top 4 team in the west. Their problem is they never have their full squad.

Malaki's shot is looking smooth and I like the fact that he doesn't need much time or space to get it off. He likes to take the ball off the dribble and hit his midrange game but I have a feeling the better he gets as a shooter that he's going to become a knockdown 3 point shooter and scorer.
I guess that's how bad Sochan has looked, thus far at least at the point..
Luka and Kawhi are ridiculous matchups to be fair, but even looking at the rockets game i don’t think Sochan has had any defensive impact this year which is supposed to be the whole point of the lineup.

Tbh it is much more difficult to contain a PG...PG main task is to pass the ball. It is difficult to prevent a pass than a shot. Stop the foolish experiment expecting that Sochan can contain a PG...

Yet Jones was solid on defense last year with them, McDermott, Branham and all the rest of awful defenders. Sochan isn't failing to cover for those guys. He himself is the point of failure in those matchups.
