Im about to head out to the ESPN Club and would have to auto friggen draft.

I think we will know if the draft works in about five minutes. We should be able to login 45 minutes before the draft.

Again, the problem with Wednesday is that for the moment, I can't get a draft time later than 4 p.m.
I can get later times on Monday and Tuesday, but nothing later than 5 p.m. CDT
I can also set up a league with a draft time of 8 pm tonight.
There are also some later times available on Friday (9 p.m. CDT)
Tonight is out. Those who were going to autodraft like LJ wouldn't be able to be here since he is at the GTG. Mon and Tue work for me but I doubt they work for everyone.
That would be ideal.
Is there anyway we can agree on a time in a chatroom, and then just enter the players onto the teams?

Yes. And I think that might actually be the best solution we have at this point. Mel is right about trying to set up a new league, given those who were planning to autodraft and wouldn't have time to create their lists.
I wonder if we couldn't set a chat on Wednesday evening and then have someone (probably the Commissioner) imput the names after that. That would avoid the problem with finding a convenient draft time for everyone while only creating a small amount of additional work.

Fri is also good for me anytime after 6p...I can draft late on Fri, til after midnite if need be.

I mean that's how we've done the basketball drafts, anyway. It's not THAT hard. It's more a matter of finding a good time.
If we want to try to set up a new league and do this tonight, we need to agree to do that soon, so that the time will actually be available.
What about a draft on Fri AFTER the Spurs game?
If we set up a new league, the Yahoo settings permit an offline draft, which requires that the commish enter the rosters after the draft is complete and before play begins.
Then I am cool with drafting via chatroom if need be.
Anytime except Thur night works for me. I can draft late too, I don't care.
But some people need to realize, if the majority can make it and you can't, we may not be able to accomodate everyone. I already said if I am odd person out (such as a Thursday draft) then I would just create a list and hope for the best. Others will likely have to make that compromise as well. The chances of pleasing everyone are slim to none.
Another option is to upgrade to a premium league ($125 for a league of up to 20 teams). If we were to do that, we could get just about any draft time on yahoo that we wanted.
By the way, I have continued checking and I still get the error message.
I agree. If I can't make it, I will auto draft from my list.
