Gawd...no mercy from the refs tonight...NBA doesn't want a sweep.
Whats up with these late calls on SA?? BS

TP and pick and roll are a deadly combination
I have agreed with the calls on Tim Duncan.
However, I think that some of the noncalls were fouls committed by the Jazz.
That's my complaint.
Oberto's picks, cuts and hands around the bucket are SO GOOD. It's a basketball purist's pleasure to watch.![]()
Gotta sell more beer.
I expect this out of Rush but Delaney too? .
The whistles are outta control now
Come on, stop fouling them! They can't hit
get foul calls on nearly every drive, SA almost never. Nice
Refs got it stuck on AUTOMATIC WHISTLE for a Jazz drive
I guess they can't hit their FTs neither! haha
Who's fouling who?
Utah is horrible...you would think these white guys could at least make free throws lol
However, since the calls on Tim were legitimate, those things were completely within his control.
That's where he's got to realize that he may not get as many calls in Utah as he deserves (ie some Jazz fouling Tim may be noncalls in Utah).
Even Tim knew that he had committed a foul.
Wise teammate Michael Finley trying to rescue Tim from his foul.
We'll see what happens.
Tim needs to play more carefully and thoughtfully in the second half.
Okay...either the Jazz or the Spurs are gonna go on a big run here to close out the half...hopefully it will be the Spurs, and we'll go in at halftime with a double-digit lead.
Home court.
If the Jazz don't take advantage of TD's absence, we deserve to lose. Credit to your D--we can't go on a run. We also cant get our ORebounds going. I still think we beat you guys, but we're not doing what we need to do...to be continued
What I meant was that he has a shotblocker's mentality, he would block that shot 6/10 times (he did it over and over and over again in the Suns series, for eg), and you can't just turn off that instinct. He stops going after shots, he may as well stop playing.
I am a shotblocker myself, I know the mentality.![]()
Hate to say it, but in Utah if those are the only two choices and Tim is on the bench, the far more likely of those two scenarios is that the Jazz go on a large run.
