LeBron and the Cavaliers were shown some things that I anticipated and the magnitude of playing for it all got them a bit out of sync.
That along with Mike Brown not being the brightest coach on neither the attack nor counter Popovich has his way with his pupil.
Although not to take ANYTHING away from Tim Duncan, Tony Parker nor Manu Ginobili because they came to play and executed with performances that are to be respected,..regardless to what team anybody's rooting for.
See for you to dare think I'd run and make a litany of excuses for a loss that I'd anticipated { not wanted but figured } that says. You have no clue who you've engaged and the depth of what you're missing,..for so foolishly taking a swipe based upon your deficient assumption going forward I'm going to make it a point to exploit you.
The only way the Spurs win this series is if it comes down to clipboard coaching. Which is to say Greg Popovich knows his players via skills sets considerably better than Cavaliers coach Mike Brown does,.. yet neither are genuinely masterful coaches.

You kept bringing up the Jazz advantage would have on the boards and implied the Cavs would do the same. I said we had to at least hold our own and that would be a big factor. The Spurs out rebounded them by 11 (13-9 offensive rebounds) even though you had just as many chances. The problem with the Cavs there is the guard hardly ever hit the boards.Hey Cheryl the Spurs won,..
Not only is that ok and I congratulate you and the Spurs fans but I also expected a game one defeat.
Although I didn't say you'd be pounded on the boards I stated I don't see a Spurs dominance on the glass. Where with the missed shot's comes rebounds and the Spurs won that aspect of the transition in attrition as well.
It's a correlating science and mind you it's the first game and don't expect the same results in game 2,..that game played out just as I figured it would.
You expected a game 1 defeat....yeah right. You were talking so big you implied again the Spurs stood no chance.
Sure the Cavs missed some easy shots (but many were contested)....so did the Spurs. It looks like the Spurs have an idea on how to guard LBJ. I expect him to have bigger games but the Spurs are gonna make him work for them.
No I don't expect the same result...each game is different. The game 1 score didn't reflect the actual game and how it went. Many of those Cavs points came at the end when it was basically too late.
