Sleep apnea is when you periodically stop breathing while you sleep, depriving your brain of oxygen and stressing your heart. Over years, it can lead to lots of bad things, including falling asleep during the day (like, while you're driving), bad headaches, heart disease, and high blood pressure.

Snoring and sleep apnea are closely related.

My nephews came over today, but they don't care if the place is a mess. In fact, they love to help me clean cus I have all kinds of nifty tools like a carpet flick, carpet foam, etc. Free labor!
