AMC should've taken the money wasted on The Killing and given it to Matt Weiner and the crew of Mad Men.

in' insomnia sucks... Thank god for double shot expressos!
Have sex before you go to bed, that will knock you out.
I thought I saw they finally came up with a deal to bring them back earlier than what was initially reported.
No pillowtalk?![]()
Some nights there isn't time.
91 on my bio test with no sleep in 2 days! Yeah yeah! Im exhausted.... Time to get krunk!
I know! Don't you just hate it when you want to get some sleep and they just want to cuddle and coo and chat? What a bunch of horse !![]()
You're right--I just read that they agreed to come back in the Spring of 2012. A good friend of mine works in the same area as the soundstage and ran into Matt Winer and he had mentioned they were going to proceed without him for the next season. So, he was able to get more than AMC was willing to part with. The wait is on...

Cuddling is WAY overrated.
This house - I want it.

That's a nice sized house for under $350K... , under $500k...
You can't get that good of a house out here in the SoCal area for that much, well, now you can because of all the forclosures and short sales.
That one is a foreclosure. We're hoping to grab it for less, since at this point not many people are buying (especially not older homes) and the bank may just be looking to get what's still owed.
It's exactly what we're looking for, with the added bonus that my in-laws are literally right down the road. We looked at it Sunday - it needs work, the kitchen and baths are very '70's, but with some love it'll be a really nice place.
Awesome. Hopefully you'll get a good deal on it. I took over my late father's old house and did some remodelling to it before renting it out to my Brother-in-Law and Sister. It needed some work, but the things you learn while doing some fixing really pays in the long run. Granted, I'm no Bob Villa, but I learned how to fix like a sink or a toilet and that's pretty essential. Goodluck, Flood.
Why is it that going into an HEB other than your "own" one is like traveling to a foreign country?

I wish I had known before, but Taco Diner sucks!!!!!!
Oh man, that house. Got a call from my FIL this morning - he's in real estate. They just dropped the price on it by 10%. For it to go down so far after only a month on the market probably means that they brought in an inspector and found something really wrong with it. Mold, or foundation problems, or something that would take a lot of time and money to fix.
Oyster Bake tomorrow!!!!![]()
Neat site.

That's a nice area....real close to where we live now. We actually looked at some houses around there but didn't pull the trigger because we would've had to send our kiddos to Medina county schools. Not that that's a bad thing....they were just happy and doing very well where they're at now.
Good luck.
