Dude thinks a back cut is a defensive move. Just tell him how much George Hill sucks and how great he is for pointing it out.
Again with the judging thing... I said the guy has a whole lot to work on if he is to play 15 mins/game in the NBA. And I disagree with timvp on that he's at NBA level defensively. Maybe if you compare him with AI, who also has a knack for loose balls, but we all know can't really guard anybody. Again, I did NOT give up on the guy yet, so you all can stop with the "He can get better, he can improve". That's exactly what I'm saying.

no, he was talking about the first 2 games that Hill would leave his man that was cutting on the backside to pick up the player that had just come off a screen. He adjusted in game 3 and it really wasn't a big deal. The Spurs SL team in general looked so much better in game 3 vs game 2 on their rotations - don't think that was Hill's fault in the first 2 games. Also, his one on one defense was not about loose balls - it was about preventing Nate from driving on him and he did that very well. When Hill went out of the game and Morrison came in, Nate penetrated the lane often.
well obviously the spurs like him enough to keep him out of todays game. as long as the spurs coaches and staff have confidence in him, i'll continue to have confidence in him.
Ah. I guess I read it wrong, then.
