It's begun to make the ticker on Fox News. I don't have a screen cap.

If an appeal to the Supreme Court on a case concerning the citizenship of a US Presidential Candidate doesn't make the news...we all need to be concerned.

Fox News ran a "Fox News Alert" on Obama attending a madrasa. How'd that work out for them?

The reason the majority of the media outlets aren't touching it is because they generally bury any thing negative towards Obama...

The reason Fox isn't touching it is because they don't want to be the Cable equivalent of the National Enquirer and be the only one covering it and then Obama produces his birth certificate.


Basically it's pretty obvious that these are trumped up allegations...I myself have admitted as much. It's obvious what Berg's intent is...

Or at least it was...until Obama began acting increasingly su ious about it.


The only reason this thing has legs is because of Obama himself...and it's getting more and more legs the longer he attempts to get the case thrown out and pass Fact Check.org off as a the last word in legal authentication.
