Kobe is a goddamn moron. There was a ton of time for a quick two. He basically pissed this game away.
Now Kobe took some ill advised shots no doubt but that was not one of them. Did you ever bother the think they just came off their last time out? You are down 4 you go for the quick 3 and you get to play the foul game one possible two times with the chance to tie or win (on the road). You go for the 2 and you are playing from way behind with no time outs to advance the ball. That's why they called the play they did but you keep thinking it was just Kobe pissing it away.

Loss is all on Kobe. Chuked a couple of contested shots and a turnover courtesy of Wade.

All it takes is one Spur loss to lose what you guys have worked so hard for. Given the fact that Pop has conceded that Splitter nor Blair can get it done at center (based on LA pushing your in) he has decided to start 73 year old Dice. He has already panicked. That's half the battle right there in LA taking HCA away - should we meet in the playoffs.
Good luck playing without HCA in WCSF

it still amazes me that Pau/Bynum can get whatever they want in the post, yet Kobe still decides to go chucker mode in the last 2mins of every game.

TBH, Pau has to demand that the ball go through him a couple of times in the clutch
Did you not see the several close ups of Kobe trying to motivate Pau? He pussed out.

Have the Spurs fallen that far that getting the number one seed is such a prize? God Damn.
TBH, the Lakers have fallen off a cliff that they can't even beat a team like Miami that goes 3 on 5 all the ing time

Offensively Kobe deserves a great deal of blame ...

However Pau getting torched by Bosh who was just torched by Aldridge was far more detrimental (instrumental?) to this loss. They attacked him constantly PJ shouuld of put Bynum on him sooner ...Pau has to be better on defense for us to beat the HEAT. NO problem with people calling Kobe out on this one ...but if you are being unbiased and fair, call out Pau too.

Cobb, really? Kobe has the biggest ego in basketball right now. He takes it personal when he faces the other top notch players in the league of which are sometimes ranked above him. This leads him to shooting himself out of the game which has become all too common. You really should analyze what you are saying. You sound like a butthurt Laker fan right now ignoring the truth.

I know damn well Kobe takes bad shots at times but that is not why the Lakers lost THIS game. Kobe and Wade pretty much played to a draw and without looking I would assume thier numbers are fairly close. Ron did a good job defending Bron but his missed bunnies are daggers. Lamar with minimal mins on unispired play. The killer B's going O-fer. Bynum not waking up till half. Gasol letting Bosh use him all night long. But OK... put this loss all on a couple bad shots by Kobe cause that so accurately sums up the loss.

Heat played well and deserve the win.

Should it come to a playoff matchup... I like our chances.

Miami reminds me a lot of the Cavs from the past few seasons. I had a damn good feeling what was going to happen. This is basically a replica of the Lakers/Cavs 2 games from last season. Getting blown out on Christmas than losing by a couple. They played with a lot more energy & there bench hit some big shots. LOL at that white trash Steve Blake, this guy is just terrible. Him & Brown need to get their heads out of their asses. Barnes gets a pass since he just came back, he's still rusty.

Miami matches up very well with the Lakers, as I've been saying..if the Heat make the Finals, I'd rather they play:

    1- LA
    2- San Antonio
    3- Dallas
