Right, so since Josh Heytvelt was personally responsible for 90% of Ford's assists, due to him knocking down jump shot after jump shot after jump shot, off of simple hand off passes from Ford............I guess that means Heytvelt should be declared the Jordan of Europe.

    PISS OFF
So Ford knows how to feed the hot hand. Yeah!

TJ Ford is a huge upgrade over G "CHOKER" Hill....

Hill never got Steve Nash's outta his sphincter....
Nearly a rookie, playing out of position against maybe the smartest pg to ever play the game and he is choking on a in his sphincter?

    Anatomical inconsistencies aside, okaaaaaaaay.

Your English is lacking let me translate. T.J. Ford gets to the line with impressive accuracy in Europe. T.J. Ford is so good he makes Josh Heytvelt look like Michael Jordan. T.J. Ford Pisses on Europe. T.J. Ford is King.

TJ Ford is so good he had a PIR of 9.5 in Euroleague. Good for the 80th best ranked player in the league.
    Pisspoor
    Idiotic
    Rating

Good to know Ford doesn't rank high on that list. Just goes to show the Ford is the best in Texas.

KBP is citing averages of two (2) games.

Basically he had one game where he went 0/4 from the floor but had 10 assists, then one game where he had only 3 assists but scored 12 points on 50% shooting and got to the line 6 times.

He took a total of ten shots in 33 minutes of Euroleague game time.

    lol ballhog
Wow this thread got nasty really fast. Is Manu_Forever really KBP??? I would never say Ford dominates, but the guy is a natural dime disher. He is not a ball hog. He sucks at shooting, when he does shoot though.

Minutes played has no affect on the PIR stat.
    lol

minutes played affects everything. which is why using some indirect method for rating a player who only played 33 minutes and 2 games is ... moronic.

    You are an idiot.

PIR stat is not based on minutes played.
So when TJ Ford steps on the court, time stops.

    Dude is a badass.

I don't think I like Tj's game from what he has shown so far. He's getting me frustrated.

Didn't think he looked too bad tbh, the time they blew the 4 on 1 was more the trailers fault for being too bunched. More worried about Leonard's passiveness offensively because he knows he cant shoot.

Tj didn't look too bad tonight.

On d, I thought he moved his feet well and stayed in front of his man

On offense hes still dribbling way too much. But I don't see what all the negativity about him is for.

I'm actually beginning to wonder if RJ might work better coming off the bench with TJ. At least TJ's instincts seem to be to push it and RJ flourishes (relatively speaking) getting to run.

JA's skill set might work better with the starting line up anyway.
