Find it weird that it's at mid-day like that, but what do I know.
how reliable is that NBA2KGames twitter
Could be talking 2K trades for all I know.![]()
my first reaction as well.
Afflalo would have been nice but if it mean trading away Green then the move would have been irrelevant IMO. Unless i'm overrating Afflalo, Orland could probably do better than a couple of expirings and a low 1st rounder from the Spurs.
If they win the lottery Afflalo is a great player to keep around. But at the same time, Oladipo is a two-guard, and Wiggins is a three so Afflalo (or at least Harris and Harkless) is kind of out of place. They need a good PG and PF. If Affalo can help them get a star at those positions, he should be traded.
These rumors aren't going to be uncommon. I think we'll hold onto our player for a little while longer; Spurs were interested in tradig for said player. I guess you can cross Orlando off the list of teams willing to take negative value in a trade for a productive complimentary player.

So far, no true rumors regarding Spurs.
While it's usual that no leaks come from Spurs, there are also no leaks coming from teams Spurs are talking too. It hints Spurs are only talking trade with a very limited number of teams. Heck, this limited number could even be 0...
I don't understand why all of these rumors suggest the Spurs are looking for another wing player. The Spurs don't need a wing, they need another big. Baynes, Ayres, and Bonner aren't going to cut it. Splitter, Duncan, and Diaw can't play all of the frontline minutes.

The Lakers are in advanced talks on a deal to send Steve Blake to Golden State, league source tells Yahoo Sports.
Actually in the playoffs they likely will play all of the minutes.

Golden State expected to send Kent Bazemore and MarShon Brooks to the Lakers for Blake, league source tells Yahoo Sports.
They better not give LA an assets.
Weird trade for the Warriors. I thought they were happy with Crawford at backup point. Blake is solid and they didn't give anything up so whatever.
Look up one post. Two shooting guards to sit behind Kobe...
Inches LA a little closer to no LT payment
Yeah, Ace and I posted simultaneously. I'm just glad it wasn't Barnes or Klay.

Or if the Spurs are talking to the Jazz, an even more hermetically sealed organisation.

Meanwhile, the Knicks' Iman Shumpert has sprained his surgically repaired left knee tonight in New Orleans (via @FisolaNYDN).
How is the LA-GS trade being made possible? MarShon Brooks can't be traded alongside another player, can he? Atleast ESPN Trade machine says so -

Maybe 2 different trades? Not sure. I haven't looked at the numbers.

FIFY.
Can't pass physical? That sucks.
Possible. Good trade for the Warriors. Bazemore and Brooks were basically useless scrubs. Moves Lakers closer to not paying luxury tax meanwhile, if they can get more deals done by deadline.
