I would imagine making humans from a starting point of fish is easier than making humans from scratch. Look at how much of the work is already done. Spinal cords, brains, nervous systems, circulatory systems, digestive systems, heart, eyes, mouth, DNA, chromosomes, sexual reproduction... The list goes on

We know that people get taller over time, during their youth. The growth isn't sudden, doesn't happen happen in an instant. You're basically asking me to observe a child for one day and prove that children grow. Obviously I can't observe his growth in one day.
In the same way, you're asking me to observe a process that takes millions of years and spot it in a span of 50-60 years. It's nonsensical.
If you believe in a god like all those billions of people, then why so you rule out that such an all powerful being could cause evolution
