What had Walker shown in summer camp, the preseason and now in the G League that would make you come to that conclusion considering that White, Mills and Forbes aren't exactly world beaters?
Why is every rookie that ever started during their first season relevant to the conversation? it matters more about Pop's track record; historically Pop doesn't play give rookies rotation minutes unless there is a hole that needs filling. Forbes is leading the team in 3pt shooting and he isn't likely to bench him over a player who two months into the season has yet to play an NBA minute.
Although White hasn't show it yet on the NBA, on the G-League has proven to be a better scorer, shooter and plamaker than Walker so far. There's a chance that Walker ends up passing White on those areas, but for now he hasn't.
That is good to hear. hopefully its not just a fluke
