And for anybody that thinks I'm too negative, let me hit you with some silver lining..
I've made an absolute killing betting against this team this year![]()
He sure can't pass or play defense.

The ing draft picks have been great. I don't have a problem with any of them except Primo. This team with a good coach can play well.
When they can't even block out for a rebound, you gotta blame the coach.
I watched almost every game last year. They left three point shooters open at an alarming rate. I thought it was a genius way to tank.
And it was, if anyone had bothered to stop doing it this season. The Spurs would start accidentally winning some games if they would just stay home on shooters. If you give up ten extra two point shots and prevent ten extra three point shots you suddenly have a lead at the end of some games.
He’s a third option and that’s being generous - on a good team.
By the way Keldon Johnson might be one of the worst defenders I’ve ever seen. They got to move him but I’m sure the word is out on him. He’s a putting up points on a bad team type of player.
Great huh? IMO too many reaches that aren't working out besides the no brainer wemby.
I mean that aspect of the game passed the old man almost 10 years ago![]()
we're talking about the man that signed off on trading for Demar ing Derozan in the middle of the Dubs dynasty. He literally doesn't know how to coach in the modern nba and that's been true for years.
I disagree. They aren't working out because they're badly coached. Sochan goes for a monster game and Pop benches him. Bassey plays well and you never see him again. Barlow looks like the perfect guy to pair with Victor, really develops his jumper, and we never see him.
To your point, Wesley was a reach, and pretty much looks like a bust, but I understand the pick. Refusing to draft a traditional point guard is a rather huge head scratcher. The Spurs fell in love with wings with wingspan.
What movie was this tbh?
Those two layups he gave up in crunch time were so bad. And they killed the team's chances.
But I remember how effective it was when the Spurs just refused to let three point shooters beat them. It worked so well against so many great teams.
Threads. Probably the best of the early 80s cold war after the bomb movies. I don't know how they ever got the BBC to broadcast this given how useless it makes the British government look. It's up on youtube free
a NSFW screenshot below of what to expect if you watch it

Also if you want a good laugh here was the official video the British government made that would air in the event of nuclear war. Kind of funny seeing how useless the recommendations turn out to be in the movie.
That jingle is ing haunting

Thanks. I'm a sucker for these kinds of movies; surprised I never heard of it tbh.
So, we all agree this situation isn't on Victor, right?
Wouldn't say he's blameless, but he's a 19-year old rookie tbh.
Threads is great tbh.
Wemby is the only reason this team isn't 0-21
The video is unavailable in uk…
This one makes the others of the era like The Day After, Testament, When the Wind Blows, etc look positively Disneyesque in comparison.![]()
Maybe try this one?
It's on one of the free streaming services too, but I forget which.
Here we go. Here's one you can watch in the UK, as it seems to work for me when using a proxy server in London

Threads, . That something I can think of that is worse to watch than Pop’s coaching. Couldn’t even watch that in one sitting because of how disturbing it was.
, rougher than Testament?
Much rougher. Comparing Testament to Threads is like comparing Frozen to Faces of Death.
well , now I'm not sure I want to watch it
