Tim still doesn't have it on offense. He looks uncomfortable every time he gets the ball in the block, you can see him thinking "this doesn't feel right, but I probably should try something anyway and hope it works". His jump hooks are invariably short, and his usual turnover problems (getting stripped, losing the dribble) are magnified. That's probably the PF.
