Would you have preferred for Manu to stay still as he got hit in the face?

I would have to say Artest is a great flop creator if that's the case. When he went after that fan in Detroit, that fan was foppin all crazy.

    Shame on that fan. Flopper.
like thats the only play manu flopped on. no i dont expect him to stay still but the way he threw his arms in the air and flew back you would think he just got shot in a driveby in compton for god sake. and then once the ref blew his whistle all of a sudden he was fine. can you explain that ? i doubt it very seriously.

Well, hopefully the Spurs keep their focus and don't "relax" because Artest is out tomorrow.

Oh, so Ron didn't take a cheap shot to take him out?

My bad, and that brawl in Detriot never happened either. I say the entire brawl was actually a crowd all flopping at the same time.

    Who knew?

This is clearly NOT a Manu flop. This is a case of Manu helping his fellow man out. Manu noticed that Brad was uncomfortable and obviously had an itch on his ass. So being the upstanding Argentinian he is (and a gold medal one at that) he was clearly trying to scratch Brad's itch. Just another case of nation helping nation.
thats exactly what the im talking about! he flops for no ing reason sometimes my god what is his ing problem?

i think they might just a little. dont unerestimate bonzis craziness either. he can throw elbows from time to time also. but anyway i think that nazr three, artest suspension that wasnt fair, and the fact that they got thier asses handed to them will make them play the hardest they have played in a long time and im looking forward to it.

    HOMER!

Don't you see this doesn't count, because Manu was probably somewhere on the court flopping at that same time?

This is complete BS. Since Artest is suspended, Haslem should be given one as well. I don't think Artest's act was any worse than Haslem's. In fact, Haslem's might be worse. You can't throw at an official. Artest would probably be suspended if he did what Artest did.

Thank you Ron for clarifying. In case you haven't read it I have included a nice piece on you earlier in this forum that is due for the 4/25 issue of the New York Times. To answer your question Mr. Artest - Manu's problem is that he is just too kind. He isn't trying to flop, just trying to help people out and the referees are blowing the whistles. I know many times he sees a player in the open court about to fall and he selflessly throws himself in front of the player to cushion his fall. It's not his fault the referee takes the player's ball away and gives it to the Spurs. I have spoken to Manu and personally know he feels bad about it. Sometimes he also notices a puddle of ac ulated sweat on the floor and in his "all out" Argentinian way he throws himself on the ground to soak up the sweat with his jersey. What a Guy!!! It's not his fault that the opposing players get called for these fouls. After all Ron, you don't want to be stepping on sweat puddles and doing the splits. That could hurt your fellas and no one would be happy about that. So Mr. Artest, in conclusion I believe you should thank Manu for all his hard work in helping his fellow man.
