No, the rules are basically the same. The main difference is the "charging" semi circle under the basket... but that is pretty damn easy to call. Foot in - automatic block unless the offensive player lowers a shoulder or pushes off.
OTherwise - it's the same game buddy.

Same game but high schoolers don't usually get star treatment. Something I have never agreed with.

and yet many refs don't comprehend that circle. Some ignore it and some are very strict. It all depends on the ref that night. Consistancy is the NBA's problem.
I see that you are perfectly happy when a game is handed to your team unfairly, but you most certainly would be upset if you were robbed of a game due to officiating. Mavs fans (as well as all fans not from LA) should be damn upset about this because they have all been robbed at times. When you play a team that has a better story and better Entertainment value it very well may happen to you. Besides, do you want to win a game that is handed to you? That isnt right and it isnt sport. All fans should be outraged at how the league retains horrible officials, not just Spurs fans.

All of the basic rules of the game remain the same. Fouls remain the same.

Except for the fact that high school basketball is much more rough and and THE FOULS ARE NOT called the same. You can get away with much more in high school basketball.
The officiating is god awful league-wide and has been that way for years. You can't bash opposing teams' fans for complaining when you win and then promptly do they exact same thing they do when you lose.

The mavs didnt win fair and square. That was obviously a horribly called game that gave the Mavs the win. No question about it. Lets say there is no agenda by the league here - even so, this league allows extremely incompetent officials to continue to screw up games. That isnt right and they should replace them. Why havent they? If you want to gloat in this illigetimate victory then so be it, but dont ing whine ONCE when these incompetent officials screw your team over again buddy...
