I love Korneheiser on the radio and on PTI. He just doesn't work as a game broadcaster. He's never in the flow of the game; it seems like instead he's always coming up with stuff that detracts from the game. Maybe it would be better if Theismann wasn't such an idiot, and Tirico isn't a strong enough play-by-play to keep them settled.

Leinart needs an offensive line that can buy him some time. And a FG Kicker who doesn't choke when the game is on the line. And a special teams that doesn't give up an 82 yard punt return for a TD. All that being considered, he still managed to put them in field goal range in crunch time.

Since you can't count to five, which is the drop he took, spelling seems like the least of your problems. You also should probably look up "rolling out" since he was in the pocket. What does does Leinart audibling have to do with anything? Do you think AZ(with DG it's possible) has an offensive audible which calls for the RT to let the LDE run right by him, untouched?
It was a 5 step drop and he got drilled right after taking the 5th step.
I presume you are addressing me. Leinart called the audible that resulted in his getting sacked, fumbling the ball and the ball being returned for a touchdown. The right tackle was taking on the linebacker who was blitzing. When blocking, you are supposed to block the inside guy. The tight end's assignment in this case was the DE. If a QB sees blitz, he's supposed to go to the hot read, which would have been the tight end since he ran into the space where the pass rusher was coming from and there was no linebacker in the space because he was blitzing from the inside.
None of this is a big deal; I think Leinart is looking very impressive. It wasn't an end of the world mistake, but he has no business throwing anyone under the bus for a loss that required a bunch of people to make mistakes. That was my only point.

What the heck are you talking about dude? Leinart was untouched for almost all of the first half, and most of the second half. And that was against the freakin bears.
