Fk those stupid pit bulls
Disagree
Border Collies are way smarter.
Not always. Sometimes the dog gets triggered by something and never had attacked before.
No, certain breeds are more prone to this than others.
If you have been around them then you understand they were bred with unique physical capabilities as well.
Those are walking bear traps that may be the sweetest animals in the world. If they go wrong vs. a mut going wrong....
Its not their fault they have those capabilities v. a mut.
But that does not mean the unique physical aspects of that neck and jaw structure dont exist.
Ban the chihuahua the world's most aggressive, vicious breed
Pit bulls are fine, I just don't trust their owners to be able to handle them and stay away when I am walking my dog.
Thank goodness I'm not a dog person or an animal person in general tbh. But I don't advocate for animal cruelty, I just don't believe in owning them. Animals don't belong in houses or zoos, they belong in the wild. I do agree with keeping some animals of endangered species in captivity at a limited level, but for the most part animals belong in the wild.
Yeah, I saw a wild pack of french bulldogs running through the forest the other day and wondered, who would keep these majestic creatures in captivity?
This. Any dog can be raised by a owner. The problem is their physical power. And there’s a greater chance they’ll do severe damage than a smaller dog. And that can be said of any larger breed. But it seems like there’s a larger % of bad pit owners than other dog owners. Where I live, it’s by far the most common breed that gets dumped and left to roam freely.
Where do you live? I’ve seen the same thing here recently. They’re killing all the coyotes and roaming poodle herds.
They were likely hunting a herd of feral Shi Tzu's.
They were just playing. Settle down. Ever see a death report of someone attacked by a group of Labrador retrievers? "Man was annoyed to death today after a group of 7 Labrador retrievers kept laying down where he wanted to walk. One dog stood in front of him staring at him for 3 straight hours."
