Thunderdan -- If you were a big Oasis fan, did you ever get into the Stone Roses? You know Liam bit a lot of his style directly off of Ian Brown. I was a HUGE roses fan, still am for that matter...
Also do you remember the fuede between Liam and Damon albarn from blur...that went on for a while? heh that was entertaining.

Cool. By the way, if you're looking for a classic jazz album: Dave Brubeck Quartet "Time Out". That's one of those "all-time" albums.
You're right, The Doves "Some Cities" isn't as good as The Last Broadcast, but it's still damn good. I like that song "Black and White Town". I'm still trying to get into the Dolores O'Riordan album, haven't given it a good listen yet, so juries still out, but from what I've heard it pretty damn good. What you thinking of picking up?

When asked about the tribute Noel said this: "Maroon 5? eh, I think their music is pretty garbage if you ask me. To tell you the truth, if we were told we had to share the stage with them as headlinders, I don't much think we would have even come here in the first place"

Yup! Sometimes I think Ben Folds' covers are better than his original stuff...that is until I listen to his original stuff, but sometimes I think so.
